The Y.E.S. program will consist of an employability workshop that will cover topics such as soft skills, resume/application building and mock interviews for youth and young adult participants. Once the training is complete the youth participants will have the opportunity to showcase their new skills to a group of employer partners committed to offering a guaranteed job interview to the participants who fully complete the program.
