About The Program

In 2024, PGS took a cohort of 20 employers into every Horry County High School over a 6-month period. Employers got to see the great work happening within HCS, observe the innovative education taking place withing the CTE program, and connect with educators that are developing tomorrow's employees.

Partnering with Horry County Schools, the 16 Career Technology Education (CTE) programs across 11 high schools provides students with career training, industry-recognized certifications, and specialized skills. Students gain hands-on experience, industry-recognized certifications, and practical skills to prepare for future careers.
